Our Mission
SRTX drives durability and sustainability of apparel products by building new materials and software to enable better textiles. We leverage smart, domestic manufacturing to support the sustainable economic development of our communities by emphasizing local hires. SRTX is best known for its first technology, Sheertex, a knit made from one of the world’s strongest polymers which has disrupted hosiery through impossibly strong pantyhose. Named one of TIME’s Best Inventions, our customers get up to 50 more wears from our tights than average tights, meaning fewer disposable tights end up in landfills. Today, SRTX is setting their sights to the textile landscape as a whole. Through their fully vertical North American operation, diverse and fulfilling careers opportunities emerge.

At SRTX, we are committed to paying our employees a living, equitable wage. Our factory and office share our headquarters, which helps drive cross-departmental collaboration and innovation. Every team member has the opportunity to leave a direct and lasting impact as we strive to become the leading company in better textiles.

What is your interview process?
We’ll screen your application through a video or phone call with a member of our Talent & Acquisition team. If successful, you’ll be invited to speak to the hiring manager via video call. Do you prioritize candidates depending on location?
We prioritize candidates that are based locally within Montreal—we believe that face-to-face collaboration makes us stronger as a collective.
